Returns & Refunds:

PERSONALIZED products from LuBella's are final sale due to the one of a kind nature of monogrammed gifts.  If a mistake was made on our part, we will replace the product.  However, we cannot be responsible for any mistakes on personalization or design specifications made by you.  Please double and triple check your specifications on all items before checking out.  NON-PERSONALIZED items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Please convo for assistance with returns or exchanges within that time frame.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Thank you!!


Personalization:

If you have any questions about how to personalize items do not hesitate to send an email via the Contact Us page.  Every item has an order notes field where you can enter any special instructions or retype your personalization preferences.  Please see Monogram Etiquette below for more information. 

 
Turn Around Times:

Most items have a turnaround time noted in the product description.  Typically your order will ship out faster than the time listed.  However, these are estimates and can vary during the busy holiday season so please plan accordingly.  If you need a RUSH put on an item, please contact us and we will be happy to try and accommodate. 

 
Monogram Etiquette:

For an Individual-Triple Letter Monogram

    Left Letter (First Name Initial)
    Center, Large Letter (Last Name Initial)
    Right Letter (Middle Name Initial)

Example: Debra A. Smith’s monogram would be DSA

For a Couple-Triple Letter Monogram

    Left Letter (Wife’s First Name Initial)
    Center, Large Letter (Family Name Initial)
    Right Letter (Husband’s First Name Initial)

Example: Debra and Johnny Smith’s monogram would be DSJ
